Est-ce un hasard, tant il est vrai que le premier maire de la Nouvelle Orléans était un certain Etienne Boré?
With gumbo kings, Matthieu Boré returns to the source and to his unconditional love for New Orleans, the point of confluence of African, Caribbean and European music, the mixture of which constitutes the cradle of popular American music. Is it a coincidence, as it is true that the first mayor of New Orleans was a certain Etienne Boré?
