En automne 2023, Nicole Johänntgen présentera son album „Labyrinth“ avec Jon Hansen (tuba) et David Stauffacher (percussions). Labyrinth est une oeuvre rafraîchissante avec différentes influences de la musique afro-américaine et des éléments de composition classiques et cinématographiques. La saxophoniste a enregistré ce nouvel album lors d‘une session d‘enregistrement public à la maison Meret Oppenheim. Le premier morceau s‘intitule „Labyrinth“ et met l‘accent sur les différents chemins de la vie.
In autumn 2023, Nicole Johänntgen will present her album „Labyrinth“ with Jon Hansen (tuba) and David Stauffacher (percussion). Labyrinth is a refreshing work with different influences from African-American music and classic and cinematic compositional elements. The saxophonist recorded this new album during a public recording session at the Meret Oppenheim house. The first track is called „Labyrinth“ and focuses on the different paths of life.
