On ne présente plus Michèle Hendricks, fille du célèbre vocaliste Jon Hendricks, « reine du scat » éblouissante par son phrasé vocal et sa maîtrise du swing, nominée en France Prix du jazz vocal 2016 de l’Académie du jazz pour son disque « A Little Bit Of Ella », réalisé en hommage à Ella Fitzgerald.
Michèle Hendricks, daughter of the famous vocalist Jon Hendricks, needs no introduction. She is the dazzling ‘queen of scat’ with her vocal phrasing and mastery of swing, and was nominated for the 2016 French Vocal Jazz Prize by the Académie du Jazz for her album ‘A Little Bit Of Ella’, a tribute to Ella Fitzgerald.
