À l’occasion de la sortie de son EP, Paris Bossa Nova – Volume 1, Ramsay Rawson présente un concert exceptionnel autour de son projet Paris Bossa Nova, consacré au dialogue musical entre la France et le Brésil.
Du film Orfeu Negro au Saint-Germain-des-Prés des années 1960 animé par Pierre Barouh, Paris Bossa Nova explore les échanges qui ont façonné cette histoire musicale franco-brésilienne. Le répertoire mêle les œuvres d’Antonio Carlos Jobim, Vinicius de Moraes et Luiz Bonfá à la bossa française, au jazz et aux boléros.
To mark the release of his EP, *Paris Bossa Nova – Volume 1*, Ramsay Rawson presents a special concert centred on his *Paris Bossa Nova* project, which explores the musical dialogue between France and Brazil.
From the film *Orfeu Negro* to the Saint-Germain-des-Prés of the 1960s, brought to life by Pierre Barouh, *Paris Bossa Nova* explores the exchanges that have shaped this Franco-Brazilian musical history. The repertoire blends the works of Antonio Carlos Jobim, Vinicius de Moraes and Luiz Bonfá with French bossa nova, jazz and boleros.
