Scott Hamilton est un des plus grands sax ténor swing et tout simplement un des plus beaux sons de saxophone de la planète.
Aux côtés des légendes du jazz depuis ses 20 ans, il est le lien direct entre Flip Philips, Gerry Mulligan, Al Cohn et tous ces grands avec qui il a joué et enregistré, et la génération actuelle dont Michael Cheret fait partie.
Leur amour du beau son et du swing a soudé entre eux une forte complicité depuis 2012, et c’est autour des plus beaux standards du jazz et de la chanson française qu’ils aiment se retrouver régulièrement.

Scott Hamilton is one of the greatest swing tenor saxophonists and quite simply one of the most beautiful saxophone sounds on the planet.
Having played alongside jazz legends since the age of 20, he is the direct link between Flip Philips, Gerry Mulligan, Al Cohn and all the other greats with whom he has played and recorded, and the current generation, including Michael Cheret.
Their love of beautiful sound and swing has forged a strong bond between them since 2012, and they enjoy getting together regularly to play the most beautiful standards of jazz and French chanson.
