Figure montante de la scène jazz française, Thomas Gaucher s’impose par un jeu de guitare à la fois sensible et virtuose. Musicien recherché sur la scène parisienne pour son style unique, il se distingue à travers le trio Lavender Walk, le quintet Tùca et son propre Thomas Gaucher Trio.
En parallèle, il multiplie les collaborations : MindWatcher, Theorem of Joy, le Simon Torunczyk Group ou le trio Nerses, et participe à des projets ambitieux comme Obsession avec la compagnie La Tempête et la création Kinorama avec Les Frivolités Parisiennes. Son jeu combine précision rythmique, sens de l’espace et une approche organique du son de la guitare.
